Episode Description:
[Filler + Chapter 1] - Keiichi Morisato, a young student at the Nekomi Institute of Technology and member of the Auto Club, is rejected by school idol Sayoko Mishima, embarrassed by the Auto Club, and unwittingly angers dozens of the female students of the institute. While the other club members attend a party, he is left to answer the phone. Shortly before the anticipated call, Keiichi goes for a walk, during the course of which he encounters Hijiri, a young girl who has lost her purse. He goes out of his way to help her find it, before returning to his dormitory to take the expected call. Keiichi then accidentally dials a wrong number, which connects him to the Goddess Technical Helpline. To his surprise, the goddess Belldandy warps in and offers to grant him one wish.
