Episode Description:
Katsura begins to investigate the stopwatch's location alone, as its presence hasn't been felt for some time. Takasugi realizes that something is wrong with Katsura and confesses to Ryoma. As Takasugi looks for the timer to correct the timeline, Ryoma wonders if it's the right thing to do. A strange phenomenon happens and the entire city is at a standstill!
