Hugo arrogantly tries to defeat it alone but is knocked aside. Emulating his older brother, the Hero Julius, Shun attacks with Sue and his friends Katia and Yuri, revealing he can use Light Magic. Hugo interferes and almost hurts Katia and Yuri so Fei bites into the dragon’s neck, allowing Shun to sever its head. Fei and Shun are celebrated, infuriating Hugo. Shun is horrified and vomits when Fei reveals she has earned the title Kin Eater, meaning the dragon was probably one of her parents.
