Episode Description:
Dot, Hal and Ruby arrive at the twins' house to watch their fish circus. Nev and Dev and their father Ev answer the door with sad faces. They inform the guests that Ogopogo has died. Dot tries to cheer them up but ends up triggering them with her words ("turn that smile upside down", they found her floating upside down) and actions (pogo-sticking is what inspired Nev's choice of name). Mrs. C suggests they help them remember the good times, so the older trio make a home movie for the twins, acting out how they won her at a circus and interviewing the fishbowl toy "Dusty the Diver" (Dev corrects "Reporter Ruby", saying the diver's name was Shirley) who lived with her...
