The Secret of Takumi Usui Approaches!.Usui inadvertently meets Misaki's mother and helps her carry her groceries. To thank him, she invites him inside her house for tea with Suzuna. As Misaki arrives home she is shocked to see him there and drags him to the park, warning him not to come to her home again, following Usui's remarks about her life. Sakura and Shizuko see them together and wonder if they're dating. The next day, Sakura, Shizuko and Misaki decide to follow Usui to have a peek at his private life and confirm rumors that he is rich. Usui knows he is being chased and leads them into a chase around town. After the girls decide to give up, Misaki finds Usui by outdoor walk way, tending to an abandoned kitten. She tries to deny being interested in Usui's private life, after he remarks that it was the first time she showed any interested in it at all and gives her his address just in case she changes her mind. Afterwards, while Misaki's looks over the directions at her home, Usui is seen living alone in a tall apartment building with the kitten.
