Riko and Reg travel in the Goblets of Giants, a humid jungle filled with flat-creepers, which are weaving giant concave discs. They are soon confronted by an orb piercer, a large porcupine-like animal. After Riko reveals that the orb piercer's quills can penetrate steel and are laced with poison, Riko and Reg try to escape. However, the orb piercer predicts their movements and halts them, knocking the Blaze Reap out of their grasp...
