Santa and Bonjiri start helping Joe restore Gym Nowhere. Yukiko secretly has ROSCO investigated, and discovers that ROSCO has been discussing the use of BES with the military. She confronts Sakuma and demands undisclosed experiment data on Mac in return for her cooperation. Sakuma seemingly complies, but orders the data to be manipulated before they are sent. At the hospital, Liu regains consciousness, but is told that he will not be able to fully recover and return to Megalo-boxing. Liu tells Joe that he will not give up, and that they will have a fight as promised...
