After that Saitama goes out to look for more crises for him to deal with to boost his own rank. Much of the city is destroyed but despite that, there are zero casualties reported. Tanktop Tiger appears and believes Saitama has stolen credit for the meteor destruction. Tanktop Tiger calls his brother Tanktop Black Hole, who begins to rally up a mob against Saitama, putting all the blame on him for the city's destruction.
