Out at sea, an imprisoned Doflamingo wonders who will gain power over the entire world. Meanwhile, the pirate Jack prepares to attack the Marine convoy transporting Doflamingo. Elsewhere, the Straw Hats are shocked to see Bartolomeo's ship, the Going Luffy-senpai.
