Noe explains to Ruthven that he treats vampires and humans alike as they are both flawed, and that he is not aligned with vampires. Enraged by his response, Ruthven attacks Noe and bites his neck. While Jeanne and Vanitas sit in a park, a boy scrapes his knee and it provokes Jeanne's bloodlust. Jeanne leaps to attack the boy to drink his blood. However, she is stopped by Vanitas...
