Later on, as Neku and Joshua help 777 locate a missing microphone to access other areas, more Taboo Noise start to appear, attacking not only Players but the Reapers as well. After helping Uzuki and Kariya to deal with the Taboo Noise, Neku and Joshua go to Udagawa, where another scan suggests that Joshua was the one who killed Neku.
