As Fushi treats a hungry Gugu, the former is taught by the latter about the concept of death and wonder how is it that he can take the form of the dead. Gugu feels relieved when Fushi agrees he will take Gugu's form to remember him if he dies in the same fashion Fushi did with March and the nameless villager. Rean finds the two and despite initially arguing with Gugu for not showing his face, the two befriend. As Fushi decides to search for Gugu's mask he abandoned to cover his deformed face, the other two decide to return to the restaurant...
