Before Amata can go after them, Vento appears and takes care of his men as he pursues after Accelerator. Meanwhile, as Tōma and Last Order search for Accelerator, they escape from the Hound Dogs chasing after her by hiding in a restaurant where everyone is also unconscious. Accelerator leaves Index in the care of Heaven Canceller, who informs him about Last Order's situation. In an attempt to take out the Hound Dogs hunting him, he lures them into a railway factory and kills them off one by one. Meanwhile, Tsuchimikado is investigating Vento's actions, and comes across a white spectral being.
