Returning home and lamenting to the dog, who poses more questions about her nature, she is visited by Shinichirō, who did not attend school. Saya then realizes that her class were the only students in the school. Shinichirō's attempt to confess his love for Saya is halted by Tadayoshi's arrival. Saya then questions why she does not know her mother's name.
