After initially trying to escape, Kano begins to work with the girls and gets over his dislike for them, which came from a childhood experience. Dressed as a butler with a hood and bunny ears, he tries to help a middle schoolgirl get over her fear of men, and later thanks Misaki for helping him. Misaki later thanks Usui for helping with the sports clubs in the only way she can think of, by giving him a pat on the head.
