Thomas & Friends Season 14 Episode 16 Thomas and Scruff Episode Title:Thomas and Scruff.Episode Description:A new engine arrives on Sodor to help Whiff at the Waste Dump, but when Scruff is about to get himself cleaned; he flies away and hides behind bushes and Thomas tries to get help from the other engines, but it doesn't work. Eventually he figures it out himself, and he brings Scruff to Whiff's waste dump and Whiff and Scruff get to work with the rubbish trucks. Thomas realises that Scruff is like Whiff, liking rubbish shunting, and actually being dirty.
