Azami admits that Soma's dish is comparable to Tsukasa's, but since Soma treated his appetizer like a main course, Azami is confident that it will ruin the taste of Erina's dish. Soma tells Erina he disobeyed her instructions because he knows Erina cannot beat Tsukasa unless she comes up with her own "specialty."
