The Japanese government agrees, but have 7 hours to act before the plan is implemented. Tosaki and Kei meet Sato's men, Masumi Okuyama, Takahashi and Gen who offer to help capture Sato. They reluctantly agree to work together and Kei suggests a plan to bury Sato alive. Sato and Tanaka leave the Self-Defense Force base for their hideout and prepare for a showdown with the US and Japanese forces. Kei's group of Ajin takes them by surprise, but this time, using Sato's psychological weaknesses they him lure him into a trap in the tunnels. Just as Sato is buried by a collapsed ceiling, the floor of the tunnel gives way and Kei's group fall into the hole. Izumi resets, and finds Tosaki trapped by rubble. As she looks for the others, Sato emerges from the darkness, still alive.
