Lucky Beetle Beetle plans on sleeping in (a sign over his bed reads, "Do Not Disturb For 6 Months"), but General Halftrack has other plans. The Sergeant's Master Beetle has a promotion coming. A mistaken order from the Pentagon promotes the Sarge's dog, Otto, to the rank of lieutenant instead.
