Graham fears that an arms race may start after the failed invasion, while Hausen and Dunham also fear that the immortal Efi Dorg clones like Kennosuke and Muetta may pose a threat to humanity. Zell tells Kennosuke, Yukina and Muetta about when he came to Earth with others of his race to find allies and fight Efi Dorg, but only found Kennosuke and Yukihime alive. The two were trained to control the captured Black Relic and defeated Efi Dorg, but only Kennosuke and Zell survived the battle. In the new climate of suspicion, Hausen has Muetta fitted with a shock collar and Kennosuke is treated as a threat. Kennosuke resolves to travel to Zell's planet with Zell and Muetta to fight Efi Dorg.
