Although she cannot see Dezel, she becomes aware that Dezel is causing the phenomenon occurring near the sanctuary, and urges him to stop. Sorey asks Dezel, "Why did you try to destroy the sanctuary?" And Dezel recounts his past, and how he first met Rose.
