The Mysticons set off on a swashbuckling adventure to rescue Kasey, while Kaos wants revenge on Kitty and Zarya, who had marooned him on an island as children. Using a special chant with a personal object belonging to all of them, Kaos hypnotizes Kitty and her fellow sky pirates into coming back with him to "give them a taste of their own medicine."
