Nagasumi and Sun are invited to spend the day on a deserted island with Sun's childhood friend Maki, who is only a few inches tall. It quickly becomes apparent to Nagasumi that Maki is actually the feared assassin Maki the Conch, who acts sweet and innocent around Sun but attempts to kill Nagasumi whenever Sun is distracted. Maki ends up hesitating after witnessing Nagasumi's chivalrous spirit but still tries to kill him. However Sun, having overheard everything, saves Nagasumi and scolds Maki for trying to kill the man she loves. Sun reveals she is moving to Saitama to live with Nagasumi. On their way to Nagasumi's house it turns out Maki has stowed away in their luggage.
