Having to wait an entire year before she could enroll in high school, Hana moved in with her cousin Shion Kyōzuka to make a fresh start in a new location. As the girls eat their lunches together, most of them get to exchange some personal gossip about their families. Later, Hana pushes herself to survive through a fitness test, before she and the others find an ice-cream vending machine next to the gym.
