Gekkou goes over to see Maria, and gets challenged to a duel by Zero in a game of Look That Way. Zero wins, however Gekkou is not enslaved to Ryuuou as Zero ends up getting possessed by his late mother Kiyo Koto. Kiyo reveals that being a slave allowed her to possess Zero and is determined to release him from slavery before passing on. Maria reveals that she met Kiyo in prison and became close friends.
