Here they meet a young girl and her father, who is obsessed with finding something called Leaves Of Rebirth to bring back his dead son. Meanwhile, also searching for a possible Innocence in the same area are three Level 2 Akuma under the command of a Noah named Skin Boric. The two groups meet and a battle ensues. Kanda succeeds in driving them off, but Allen is left unconscious.
