He arrives at the Decepticon's base and defeats King Poseidon in a test of power, though he unwittingly endangered a cruise-ship as well. Diver, Ginrai and the Autobot H.J.s come to the ship's aid and ultimately Clouder sides with the Autobots this time by helping an injured Minerva. In the end, the ship was saved and the villains back off, with the Autobots believing they have found another addition to the team, or so they think.
