Soon, the snakehead's story becomes a media sensation, and Bitsy decides to take advantage of it by hiring a fishing expert named Dick Flake ("Dick Flake"). Bitsy's likability rises, but only if Dick catches the fish and gets paid. He manages to do so as Bitsy tries to damage Central Park's image once again...
