At the Kansai Police Station, the Ordinary Person, who is forced to use the alias "Swindler", ends up helping Brawler, Doctor, Hacker, Courier, and Hoodlum rescue Cutthroat from being executed. He then places explosive collars on all of them. Afterwards, it is revealed that a black cat Swindler rescued earlier is the mastermind behind bringing the Akudama together.
