Captain Planet Season 1 Episode 20 - Plunder Dam Episode Title:Plunder Dam.Episode Description:Looten Plunder dams an African river and installs a large hydroelectric power plant, cutting off water supplies to the villages. Gaia warns that only carefully engineered dams are beneficial. The villagers soon realize that Plunder's electricity is not a fair trade for the food and water that the river provided. With their crops dying and thirst-crazed elephants on the rampage, they enlist the help of the Planeteers to stop Plunder's scheme. The Planeteers then build a wisely placed dam to balance proper river flow with electrification of the village.
