Eventually, the two meet up, and the Cosmic Owl unwittingly invites the lady bird into the dream of Princess Bubblegum. In this dream, the lady bird suddenly turns into a deadly demon, spelling doom for Princess Bubblegum and the Candy Kingdom—due to the prophetic nature of dreams featuring the Cosmic Owl, this may come to pass in the waking world. It is later revealed that the lady bird was the dream manifestation of Gunter.
