He tries to zap Mr. Herriman, but nothing happens. Bloo "re-charges" by rubbing onto the rug, a towel, an imaginary friend (who happens to be Sunset Junction), and two socks. After that, he gives Eduardo a big zap, but in the end, Bloo zaps himself while trying to get the door open for his package.
