But after arriving, the unit malfunctions and adopts various personalities, causing the scooter to take him to various places around town, including a health food store, an auto race track, and chasing a cat. Eventually, he manages to get back to the ice cream parlor where he disposes of the GPS unit, and ditches the scooter itself when traffic cop Big Nose writes a ticket, as Pinky joyfully walks away with his ice cream.
