Upon their arrival, the Turtles quickly get separated — and minutes later, Mikey finds himself ambushed by a horde of mysterious, cloaked figures: The Street Phantoms, led by the cyborg Jammerhead. His terrapin brothers must first rendezvous with a fussy English-accented robot called Serling, meet Cody and adapt to their new surroundings before setting out on a desperate rescue mission.
