Everyone tries adjusting back to the lower tech era, while Donatello begins construction on a device to enter cyberspace to retrieve the data-bits of Master Splinter. Casey has been attending a martial arts school, heading by Khan, a devoted Foot Clan operative who is recruiting and brainwashing his students to rebuild the Foot. Despite the Turtles interference, Khan's hopes are renewed when Cyber-Shredder makes contact with him from cyberspace.
