Jyugo escapes again and Hajime finds him sleeping in the library. The warden beats up guard Mitsuru Hitokoe for making a joke about her attraction to Hajime. Guard Seitarou buys a robot vacuum cleaner which is smashed by Hajime. In Building 5 Upa gets a cactus. In the Games Room Tsukumo signs an autograph as Ninja Kamikaze. Nothing unusual is happening in the guard's room. The remainder of the episode is filled with minor incidents except for a Random Hair Color Syndrome spread throughout the prison with everyone effected except the bald Hajime.
