Unable to find any volunteers to assist, the two offer to help Coco by themselves. Applejack takes up the task of repairing the derelict theater at the local park, but she fails to finish before her scheduled time. She instead builds a small stage outside the park, where they attract passersby with a play depicting the original theater's creation. The play is a success and inspires the citizens of Manehattan to do more for their community.
